Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains how AbnaSoftware ("we", "us", or "the developer") handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Fruit Haul: Truck Runner and My Idle Harvest (collectively, the "Games"). By downloading or using the Games, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary
- We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email, or other directly identifying information ourselves.
- Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
- We use trusted third-party services — Google AdMob (to show ads), Google Analytics for Firebase (to understand how our games are used), and Google Play Games Services (for leaderboards and achievements) — which may collect data as described below.
Information collected
1. Data stored on your device
Game data such as your progress, high scores, unlocked items, and preferences (for example, sound and language settings) is stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Removing the Game from your device deletes this data.
2. Advertising — Google AdMob
The Games display advertisements served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers (for example, the Google Advertising ID / IDFA);
- Device information (device model, operating system, language, network type);
- Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address;
- Interaction data, such as ads viewed or tapped.
This information is used to show ads (personalized or non-personalized), limit how often you see the same ad, and detect invalid activity. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".
3. Analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase
Some of our Games use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how players use them (for example, how many players open a Game each day and how they interact with features and ads), so we can fix problems and improve the experience. This service may automatically collect and process information such as:
- App usage and interaction events (for example, app opens, sessions, and when a rewarded ad is watched);
- Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version, language);
- A Firebase installation identifier;
- Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address;
- Diagnostic and crash information.
This information is aggregated and used for analytics and product improvement; we do not use it to identify you personally. On iOS, the affected Games use a version of Google Analytics that does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) for analytics. Learn more in Firebase's privacy and security information and Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Google Play Games Services
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, the Games use Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboards and achievements. In that case Google may process your Play Games player ID and related gameplay data (such as scores and achievements). This is optional — the Games remain playable without signing in. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
How information is used
- To operate the Games and save your progress on your device;
- To display and measure advertisements;
- To analyze usage and improve the Games;
- To provide leaderboards and achievements when you sign in to Google Play Games;
- To keep the Games secure and detect abuse or fraud.
Third-party services
The Games rely on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Your choices & advertising controls
- Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings — on Android via Settings → Google → Ads, on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset your advertising ID at any time from the same device settings.
- EU / UK / Switzerland: Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from within the app's settings.
Children's privacy
The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Data retention & security
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the Game or clear its data. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google's own policies. We rely on the security measures of the platforms and services we use to protect information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. For data held on your device, you can exercise these rights directly by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it. For data processed by Google, please use the controls described above or contact Google. You may also contact us with any request.
International users
The third-party services we use may process and store information on servers located in other countries. By using the Games, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
